THE TREFOIL GUILD
Aims and Objectives:
- to keep alive the spirit of the Guide and Scout Promises and Laws.
- to carry out that spirit into the communities in which we live and work.
- to give practical, financial and moral support to Guiding and Scouting.
Ross-shire Trefoil Guild
We have been in existence since 1999 and have 39 members from all parts of Ross-shire. We meet every two months in various halls around our area as well as having theatre trips, walks etc.
We are part of the Guiding movement and as such try to help if we can with Unit and County activities - cooks at a training day, camp, County Day in Dingwall and manning the Centenary exhibition are recent examples.
This year we have plans for a BBQ at Killearnan, craft evening, talk and fund-raiser for Marie Curie and the Puffin Pool. Trefoil Guild Ross-shire also represents the North of Scotland at Scottish Executive level which meets three times a year in Edinburgh. Our committee is elected and changes every two years. If you are interested in joining please contact Nikkk Walkington
You will be very welcome.
